The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) delivers innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and our customers. You'll collaborate closely with company leadership, have a significant hand in our product roadmap, and own our product processes. LMI is seeking Program Schedulers to support a federal program management office. In this role, you will create and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You'll monitor progress and adjust schedules, develop executive-level metrics, and perform schedule analysis. You'll also attend program meetings to review schedules.

In this role, you’ll partner with the Agile Product Owner to understand strategic objectives and help prioritize the product backlog. You will write clear, actionable user stories with both functional and technical detail and ensure scope and priority are understood by the Scrum team, acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Agile development team. The role involves collaborating with the Agile team to define release dates and project scope.
